Decorated with a traditional painted cobalt ( blue ) onion pattern. Marked from below: light blue Meissen in an oval with a star, embossed number 0. . Meissen Ofen- und Porzellanfabrik Teichert ( founded in 1864 ). Meissen, Germany 1870 - 1930. Height 2.3 cm, width 17 cm.
