Arc-shaped beds of sterling silver with 20 set natural cut diamond rosettes. Top oval gold crown with set blue natural cut sapphire. Earrings fastening with ladies patent. Marked: fineness 750, maker’s mark 2278. Italy, Alessandria, second half of the last century. Height 20 mm, width 14 mm.
