This coffee table by Jindřich Halabala is another one of the authorized replicas of Modernista. This table was produced by UP factories from the early 1930s in several forms - with a round or square top or with a main top and an additional storage top 18 cm lower. The dimensions of the table can be adjusted according to the customer's requirements. The surface finish is completely optional. The swivel top is a very popular option. The reverse of the table top can be covered with Forbo natural linoleum. A sample is available in our shop.

The table can be painted in any RAL colour, both in matt /extra charge 7.000,-CZK/ and highly polished /extra charge 8.000,-CZK/ finish.

We offer veneering of the table in any available veneer. The prices of veneers vary, so the total price can only be accurately determined by the choice of material. It will range from 4.000,- to 12.000,- CZK.

We charge an additional fee of 4.500,-CZK for making a turntable with natural linoleum on the reverse side.

We charge an additional fee of 2.500,-CZK for making the bottom insert plate

Jindřich Halabala (1903 - 1978)

Legendary and timeless. That's Halabala, and that's his furniture. The spider, Halabala's table from the 1950s, decorating many a contemporary interior, is certainly an icon of its time. Halabala, as the main designer, fundamentally influenced the activity and creation of United UP factories, a company that was one of the most progressive and largest furniture factories in the then Czechoslovakia.
