Porcelain oval small basket, onion pattern - Teichert, Meissen
White, painted, cobalt porcelain. Oval bowl with side handles, in the shape of a wicker basket. Vaulted hem, decorated with a pruned grid ornament. Bowl ( small basket ) decorated with a traditional painted blue ( cobalt ) onion pattern. Marked from below: Meissen in oval, blue solid star, embossed numbers. Meissner Ofen- und Porzellanfabrik Teichert, Meissen. Germany 1870 - 1930. Height 5 cm, width 19 cm.
